About the Role

We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager for our Sydney team focused on Private Business Tax & Advisory. In this role, you will help businesses tackle various challenges throughout their lifecycle, from daily operations to strategic planning, in alignment with our 'Reach for Remarkable' brand promise.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of large privately-owned businesses and collaborate with national teams
  • Build strong client relationships, offering proactive solutions to their challenges
  • Develop commercial structures to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Inspire and lead a team of Associates and Senior Associates
  • Engage in business development activities to expand your portfolio

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant qualification in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • CA/CPA qualification or similar industry accreditation
  • Extensive business advisory experience, especially with private businesses and high-net worth clients
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities
