Our client is a leading manufacturer of quality branded consumable products used in industrial, consumer (auto), mining, and construction markets. With office and manufacturing facilities in Melbourne, Sydney, and Rockhampton, they are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, continuous improvement, and a safe work environment.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of your product category. Reporting to the Marketing & Technical Director, you will lead a team responsible for managing and executing the category's strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing product roadmaps.
  • Understanding market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
  • Leading product lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and innovation projects.
  • Supporting business-as-usual activities related to product sell-through and customer support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in industrial or automotive marketing, with local manufacturing experience considered favorably.
  • Proven product management experience, including product lifecycle management fundamentals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple locations and engage with customers at various level
