Project Support Officer

You will support the Project team with the administration, financial management, and co-ordination of the delivery of a range of projects.
You will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders (including external consultants' contractors and procurement teams where relevant) throughout the planning and delivery phases of the projects.
This role will also monitor the regular updating and adherence to the Parks Victoria P3M delivery framework is implemented.Skills and experience in administration, financial management (OBIEE), raising Purchase Orders, paying invoices, secretariat experience, attending meetings and taking minutes, developing, and circulating agendas, report writing, procurement experience, using Vendor Panel is desired, however on the job training will be provided.
We're looking for someone with:
- Project delivery experience
- Excellent Communication, administration and financial skills
- Expertise in MS Word, Excel and Power Point. Expertise in MS Projects is not mandatory, but desirable
- A current Resume
