About the role
Queensland Rail have a new opportunity for a Performance & Reporting Manager to join our NGR Interface team based in Brisbane CBD.
The NGR team is a centralised team that interfaces and engages with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external partners to ensure seamless operations of the New Generation Rollingstock (NGR) fleet on the Queensland Rail network.
This role will oversee the NGR Performance and Reporting Team and support them with the delivery of our obligations and responsibilities in providing current and upcoming information on the performance of the NGR fleet to stakeholders.
Day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include
- Implement and develop procedures for performance management including regular reporting abilities
- Lead performance review meetings and resolve any discrepancies between Queensland Rail and NGR Maintenance Contractors
- Keep abreast with all performance data providing SME expertise between Queensland Rail and NGR Maintenance Contractors updating each party regularly with key updates and information
- Support the team in creating and developing contract monitoring processes
- Successfully leading and managing the NGR Performance Team of providing training and development, conducting performance reviews and appraisals, and be an advocate for a motivated positive team.
About you
- Experience leading multidisciplinary high performing team of professionals.
- Experience managing operational and contractual performance monitoring systems and processes
- High level negotiation skills and ability to resolve discrepancies between stakeholders
- High level business acumen and understanding of Public Private Partnerships (PPPs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to establish and develop working relationships with stakeholders
