About the role:


Queensland Rail have a new vacancy for an Analyst to join the NGR Interface team based in Brisbane CBD on a permanent basis.

The NGR Analyst will be a key resource for the team and will be required to support the team in reporting clear and concise information based on performance of the NGR fleet.


The NGR team is a centralised team that interfaces and engages with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external partners to ensure seamless operations of the New Generation Rollingstock (NGR) fleet on the Queensland Rail network.


Day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Maintain the NGR Performance Management System
  • maintain clear and accurate records stakeholders can use as a dependable information point
  • Create, organise and document meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items
  • Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and facilitating communication among team members

About you:

  • Previous system administration experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, supporting colleagues and fostering positive working relationships
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
