Lead and manage a significant TFNSW project in the Northern Tablelands, we are looking for an experienced and capable Project Director, ASAP start

Verve Partners are working with a leading project management firm, to secure a Project Director, based in Armidale to lead and manage a significant TFNSW Infrastructure project with the local council.

Duties & Responsibilities;

As the Project Director you will be working closely with key stakeholders and senior management to ensure the project is meeting expectations across timelines, budget and quality assurance.

• Managing all facets of the project including budget, schedule, procurement, development applications, quality, safety & risk.
• Dealing directly with clients to define project requirements, manage project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Liaise with Authorities, Consultants, Engineers and community in regard to the project.
• Tracking and Reporting progress of the project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines.
• Manage and anticipate changes or variations to the contract.
• Manage and ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure the project is completed to a high quality prior to handover.
• Provides supervision, coach and mentor team members.

Your Experience;

To be successful within this role, you will need to have the following experience and qualifications

• Demonstrated capacity working on large scale, complex Infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of Civil Infrastructure projects including Roads, Earthworks, Bridges
• Ideally knowledge of TFNSW and or Local Council projects
• Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Construction management degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated capacity working in an end-end Project management role
• Leadership ability and mentoring capability
