RoleSummary:

The End UserTechnology Officer is an exciting Max-Term opportunity until March2025 in our End User Technology team based at our Perthoffice.

You willprovide 2nd level end user and technical support to Synergy'ssystems, audio-visual (AV), printers, desktops, laptops, mobiledevices and peripherals, as well as standard and approvednon-standard software.

This includesinstalling, troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgradinghardware/software and equipment while ensuring optimal performance.The EUT Officer will provide end-user assistance where required, inperson, by telephone, or via remote support in a timely andprofessional manner.

Keyresponsibilities of the role include:

• Provide2nd level hardware, software, AV, and network support toSynergy's staff across all sites
• Maintain, support andprovision desktop hardware including PCs, laptops, mobiledevices, monitors, printers, peripherals, etc
• Travelto our generation and contact centre sites as required toprovide support
• Ensureend users receive excellent levels of customerservice
• UtiliseService Management tools to actively monitor tickets, maintainaccurate and timely information about the status of assignedjobs and resolve as per Operational Level Agreements(OLA)

Whatyou'll bring:

• Degreeor currently completing a bachelor's degree in ComputerScience/ Engineering or Information Technology, InformationSystems
• CurrentWA motor vehicle driver's licence endorsed ClassC
• Proventrack record in a desktop support role
• Strongknowledge of desktop operating systems specifically Windows10
• Soundpractical application of the ITIL framework
