Role Summary:

The End User Technology Officer is an exciting Max-Term opportunity until March 2025 in our End User Technology team based at our Perth office.

You will provide 2nd level end user and technical support to Synergy's systems, audio-visual (AV), printers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals, as well as standard and approved non-standard software.

This includes installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading hardware/software and equipment while ensuring optimal performance. The EUT Officer will provide end-user assistance where required, in person, by telephone, or via remote support in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Provide 2nd level hardware, software, AV, and network support to Synergy's staff across all sites
• Maintain, support and provision desktop hardware including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, monitors, printers, peripherals, etc
• Travel to our generation and contact centre sites as required to provide support
• Ensure end users receive excellent levels of customer service
• Utilise Service Management tools to actively monitor tickets, maintain accurate and timely information about the status of assigned jobs and resolve as per Operational Level Agreements (OLA)

What you'll bring:

• Degree or currently completing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or Information Technology, Information Systems
• Current WA motor vehicle driver's licence endorsed Class C
• Proven track record in a desktop support role
• Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems specifically Windows 10
• Sound practical application of the ITIL framework
