Operational Readiness Manager

In this role, you'll:
Work as part of the Change Team to ensure operational readiness activities are completed as part of the program readiness scope.
This role will see you will deliver the operational readiness component of an Electrical Isolations Improvement program where the objective is to improve the power outage process so that there is a reduction in the time taken to isolate and restore power, while continuing to achieve and even improve safety.
This will include ownership of the Operational Readiness Plan and Coordination; Technical Operational Readiness experience and coordination; Technical readiness (managing change control board process to enable go live); Stakeholder Engagement; and Process and documentation updates.

About you
You are an experienced individual who has extensive Project Management, Commissioning and Operational Readiness experience in the transport, construction, or engineering industry.
You will be an agent of change and have the ability to manage, engage and influence a wide range of technically complex and dynamic business requirements, across a large number of stakeholders.
