What You'll Be Working On


Reporting directly to the Manager Human Resources, you will be supporting the HR team by assisting the Payroll Officer to process the fortnightly payroll and the HR team with recruitment and selection activities.


You'll be providing assistance to management and staff on a range of human resources activities, including: terms and conditions of employment, recruitment and selection, induction, resignation/retirement, salary administration, staff benefits and employee assistance.


What You'll Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 3-5 years experience in payroll management with demonstrated knowledge of payroll and taxation legislation
  • Human Resources experience and knowledge of industrial relations legislation
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and methodical checking
  • Effective communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service and continuous improvement strategies
  • Ability to plan and organise multiple tasks and meet deadlines

In addition to the above, you will also hold a valid Covid-19 vaccination certificate.
