BCP Strata, a PICA Group branch, is a well-respected Strata Management company based on the Sunshine Coast.

We have 30+ years in the business and we're looking for a new Team Member to join our well-established company.

Who we're looking for:

What you'll be doing:

This position will be busy, involving a wide range of responsibilities

These include:

  • Administrative support to Strata Managers
  • Drafting and distributing meeting notices and minutes in accordance with legislation
  • Preparing and collating documentation for meetings
  • Processing and submitting Owners' requests to Committees
  • Corresponding with clients and contractors
  • Telephone and reception support
  • Perform data entry and maintain records manually and electronically
  • Produce quality correspondence and documents

About you:
  • You have at least two years of administration and/or customer service experience, ideally in real estate, banking, finance, insurance, or other professional services industry.
  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to switch between tasks effectively
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • The ability to work independently and also as part of a close team
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • A customer service focus
  • Ability to meet challenges with calm and resilience
