About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Strata Support Specialist to join our team at PICA Group. As a key member of our strata services team, you will play a critical role in supporting the onboarding of new plans and ensuring the smooth operation of our strata management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Business Development team to prepare plans for onboarding
  • Enter and adjust management agreements in our Urbanise system
  • Ensure all critical documents are in place to support plan onboarding
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including Business Development, Branch Managers, Strata Managers, and external Strata Companies
Requirements
  • Proven success in a similar role
  • High level of attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask
  • Basic math skills
  • General understanding of minutes and critical documentation of a plan
