We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and highly flexibleindividual to join our Bethanie Community Mid West team as a part -time Qualified Support Worker on a hr/weekbasis supporting areas within the Geraldton area. You arerequired to be available between Monday and Friday, 7am– 3pm.

About the role:

Professionally deliver a variety of services (including: food, laundry, personal care, leisure, supporting hobbies and interests & domestic cleaning) Ensure all living areas of clients' homes are kept clean and tidy, and safe from hazards All personal care tasks and outcomes are met and documented appropriately Provide respect and compassion to clients Support customer with transport to appointments Provide social support to customers spending time doing the things they love

Whilst you use your own car we offer a generous travel allowanceof $0.92 per kilometre.

About you:

Cert 3 in Individual Support Previous experience within an Aged Care, or Community Care environment is desired – if you haven't worked in the industry tell us about your passion for older people Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team Ability to ensure safety and wellbeing of clients are maintained Drivers licence, and access to a reliable vehicle Current Police Clearance, or willingness to apply for one Willing to obtain required vaccinations – 3x covid and annual flu vaccination
