We're on the hunt for a savvy Admin Services Coordinator to join the stellar team at a leading legal firm specialising in employment, industrial relations, and workplace safety law who pride themselves on providing a premium service.
The Opportunity
As our Admin Services Coordinator, you'll be the glue that keeps the HR operations running smoothly.
From managing HRIS systems to facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Partners in both Melbourne and Sydney.
Please note this role is a 12 month contract.About You
We're seeking a tech-savvy individual with prior experience in an administrator/coordinator role and have experience navigating HRIS systems like Workday.
If you've got a knack for data and love presenting insights, you'll fit right in Experience in corporate/professional services is a plus, along with polished communication skills and an eagle eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate HR activities between Melbourne and Sydney offices, fostering seamless collaboration.
- Manage HRIS systems with finesse, ensuring accurate employee data and insightful reporting.
- Handle the onboarding and offboarding processes with finesse, from paperwork to exit interviews.
- Support performance reviews and remuneration benchmarking exercises, collecting and organising vital data.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, including cultural data collections and presentations.
- Keep HR documentation uptodate and compliant with regulations, ensuring smooth operations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, contributing to our HR function's effectiveness.
