This is a great opportunity to join an animal-loving company who operate in 10 locations across Australia, in their head office in Terrey Hills.


Working as part of a small team, the Account Payable Officer will be responsible for completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.

Full training and onboarding will be provided.

The Role:

  • Provide accounts payable support to all 10 locations across Australia.
  • Perform Accounts Payable related duties for invoice processing and payments.
  • Matching, batching, coding and manual payments
  • Reconcile petty cash.
  • Raise any anomalies or payments outside of the normal scope with the Company Accountant.

To be successful for the role:

  • 3+ years experience of working within Accounts Payable.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, inquisitive nature.
  • Tertiary background in Accounting, Finance or related fields is preferred.
  • Manages a variety of responsibilities at the same time ability to multitask.
  • Digitally literate experience using MYOB and other programs.
  • Possess the highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism.
The head office is in a peaceful location on Sydney's Northern Beaches and there is parking available on-site. There is a possibility for some flexibility around start/ finish times. Immediate start.
