About the Opportunity

An opportunity is now available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our growing team in Seven Hills NSW 2147.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;

  • Processing supplier invoices & credit notes
  • Preparing payment plan and processing payments
  • Liaising with branches and suppliers and resolving issues / disputes
  • Building and maintaining solid supplier relationships
  • Ensuring supplier accounts are reconciled in a timely manner
  • Updating supplier database and assist with reporting
  • Scanning and file management
  • General adhoc administrative duties as required.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess;

  • 3+ years experience in a high volume, full function accounts payable role
  • Able to adapt to Accounts Payable modules across differing ERP systems
  • Experience in AP automation
  • Intermediate MS Office and strong data entry skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and
suppliers

  • Exposure to multibranch network environment will be highly regarded
  • A desire to develop a long standing career within Questas Group.
