About the Role...

Reporting to and working closely with a delightful Director of People & Culture/HR, your role as a HR Administrator will be varied and include a broad range of generalist HR administration duties.


Your responsibilies in this role will include:

  • Providing end-to-end administration support for the People & Culture Director & General Manager
  • Assisting with the administration of the Recruitment process
  • Maintenance and management of the database uploading documentation and reporting on recruitment metrics, contract generation and initiating the onboarding process, including new employees, departures and updating the HR system
  • Coordinating preemployment checks, reference checks and background checks
  • Providing ongoing support in the implementation of processes, policies and projects
  • General administration duties as required on a daily basis


To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has a passion for Recruitment and Human Resources and be keen to further progress your career.


  • Demonstrated experience as a Human Resources Administrator or in an Administration role within professional services
  • Currently holding or working towards tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related business discipline is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to be agile and adapt to changing situations while juggling own time management and organisational skills
