The Hospital Research Foundation Group (THRF Group) is in search of a skilled Policy Lead eager to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to strengthen policies across all sectors of our brands.

About the role

The role of the Policy Lead is to champion and support THRF Group Client and Patient Service brands by collaborating with internal experts, networks, and consumers to design campaigns, produce documents, and create policy positions that help address inequality, disadvantage, and unmet needs.

  • Development and execution of policy and advocacy plans
  • Monitoring and advising on policy and legislative changes
  • Providing evidence-based policy advice
  • Establishing opportunities for consumer input
  • Coordinating policy-related projects
  • Participating in public policy matters
  • Undertaking policy, research, and evaluation projects

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of policy and advocacy experience
  • Experience in diverse team settings
