Woodville Little Learners is a new, purpose built, Long Day Care and Kindergarten in Woodville, SA. We are a family-owned centre. We are committed to provide a homelike environment where each individual child and educator can thrive and explore in a safe environment.

We are currently searching for a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators to join our team at Woodville Little Learners. We currently have permanent part-time, Full time and casual positions available.

Woodville Little Learners is a state of the art, 92 places centre that is well-resourced and offers a home-like environment. Educator Wellbeing is a high priority for us and is reflected through our wellbeing program that we will continue to develop and expand. Staff are offered extensive professional Development opportunities throughout the year to help expand and further their knowledge within the Early Learning Sector.

About the Role:

- You will be required to work closely with the Managing Director and other team members to effectively implement and run the educational program for children 0-6years old
- You will need to create positive, professional and genuine relationships with team members, children and their families.
- Engaging with parents to ensure there is great communication, support and children’s need are met
- You will have a mature and professional approach.
- We require you to focus on quality improvement, and support others to understand and follow Woodville’s policies and procedures.
- You will display high levels of initiative and motivation whilst being professional, proactive and flexible.
- The day-to-day management of your room implementing routines
- Work as a lead educator to provide creative learning experiences
- You will have knowledge of the EYLF, and understanding of the NQF/NQS and work in compliance with all regulations to meet the high standards

Essential Criteria:

- Cert 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood and Care Certificate (or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA)
- If successful, you will be asked to supply a Current National Police Check
- Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications (scheduled to complete)
- Excellent Written & verbal communication skills
- Passionate about Early Education
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- Experience in the industry is highly favourable but not necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
