The Company
Our client is a successful mid-tier accounting practice located near St Kilda Road. They are looking for a warm and welcoming Receptionist/Administrator to be the face of the business.

Your duties may include:

  • Management of busy switch board including answering calls in a timely manner and forwarding messages accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail, parcel deliveries and courier services
  • Calendar management
  • Meeting and greeting clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
  • Maintain meeting boardrooms
  • Organising catering
  • Mentoring junior receptionist team members

About You

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly with Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience with MYOH Accountants Enterprise and Automate would be highly desirable
  • ATO Correspondence and MYOB data entry
  • Ability to problem solve quickly
