How you will spend your time


The IT Support Analyst plays a crucial role at ubank, ensuring seamless IT Lending and Core Banking services and delivering exceptional experiences for customers, brokers and internal teams.


The day-to-day would look like:

  • Ensuring the digital magic flows seamlessly across Lending and Core Banking
  • Fearlessly tackling customer and business challenges, transforming them into success stories
  • Safeguarding the bank's fortress with superherolike IT Controls and Risk responsibilities
  • Skillfully managing the ticket and queue rodeo, with a keen eye for matchmaking investigations and followups
  • Master communicator, orchestrating Changes and Incidents, ensuring ubank remains a resilient fortress
  • Investigative genius, unveiling the mysteries behind incidents and problems, like a techsavvy detective
  • Wizard of collaboration, bridging the gap between ubank and its tech partners, for a harmonious digital world
  • Empowering ubank's journey with insightful tracking and reporting on SLA's

What you will bring

  • The desire to learn and a improvement mindset
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting systems & networks with SME's and in a vendor managed environment
  • Understanding of Agile Tools and Processes
  • A problemsolving and collaboration skillset
  • Being a team player
  • Bonus points if you hold experience within financial services, or demonstrated experience in the Lending or Core Banking
