The Digital Transformation Program within a reputable organization based in Gold Coast is currently looking for multiple Project Managers for initial 6+ month contracts, potentially with extensions, to oversee and coordinate complex software solutions.

As an ICT Project Manager, you'll have the chance to lead various ICT projects of different scales, ensuring seamless integration to enterprise and SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the integration of deliverables within defined scope, budget, time, and quality standards.
  • Produce necessary project management artifacts, involving stakeholders for technical feasibility aligning with business objectives.
  • Plan, request, and manage resources efficiently to optimize project outcomes.
  • Establish suitable project governance following the Project Governance framework.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Procurement Office to coordinate procurement activities, engaging with suppliers based on the Source to Contract framework.
  • Develop partnerships with service providers to ensure successful delivery of goods and services.
  • Align vendor development with ICT governance processes and strategic objectives.
  • Implement robust risk and issue management strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Offer detailed and timely reports to stakeholders and management, escalating issues when required.
  • Create and maintain project schedules and cost plans for transparency and accountability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different departments, ensuring organizational change plans meet customer requirements.

The organization is seeking Project Managers to join their Digital Transformation Program based in Gold Coast. This role involves leading and managing various ICT projects, bridging the gap between IT and business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications / Requirements:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Preferred certifications include Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent Agile qualifications.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT management, specializing in software implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing software replacement, upgrades, or installations.
  • Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies.
