Situated at their Flagship stores in Thomastown, his trade sales position is a great opportunity for someone that has a trade behind them and wants to get into the Sales space, or for someone who has retail experience behind them and a strong interest in the trade space.

Description

To be successful in this position

  • You will have a proven and committed sales focus and be prepared to exceed customer expectations
  • Outstanding customer service skills that come naturally and authentically
  • Possess outstanding customer service skills
  • Trade counter sales or time on a trade site will be highly beneficial
  • Be well presented, have a good phone manner and possess good communication skills
  • You must be able to work with mínimal supervision and have an eye for detail and the capacity to meet deadlines and follow tasks to completion
  • You must perform at your peak under pressure and be able to make quick decisions when needed
  • Ability to confidentially engage with customers on their trade sites as you visit them with stock and provide stock demonstrations
  • A roll up your sleeves mentality where everyone works as a team and contributes

Profile
As well as a positive, can do attitude, the considerations for this role include:

  • Invoicing for goods purchased with small and large accounts
  • Ensure that all data in MYOB is accurate. This includes all quotes, orders & invoices.
  • Trade sales experience would be highly beneficial but not essential
  • A willingness to learn and go above and beyond for the customer

Job Offer


Hours of work are Monday to Friday (either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm) with the requirement to work 2 Saturdays a month from 8.30am - 1pm.
