Technical Claims Expert/Commercial Claims Consultant

Sedgwick is searching for a proactive, determined, and experienced Claims Consultant capable of delivering outstanding customer experiences at every stage of a claim process. Your collaboration with Sedgwick colleagues is crucial in meeting service level agreements (SLAs) while keeping customers and clients at the forefront of all actions.

What are my responsibilities?

- Managing claims from end to end, including policy interpretation, stakeholder communication, negotiation, and resolution
- Proactively working with customers to identify and implement solutions
- Supervising and cooperating with third-party service providers
- Building and nurturing effective relationships
- Collaborating with colleagues dedicated to high performance and exceeding expectations

About You:

- Experience of at least 1 year in Insurance, preferably in Home Claims
- Thorough understanding of the General Insurance Code of Practice
- Strong skills in policy analysis and interpretation
- Creative, empathetic, and eager to develop and advance in your career
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
