Pathfinders is a large community-based organisation providing Supported Accommodation and Homelessness services, Family and Youth Support services, Disability services and Out of Home Care services, including Foster Care.
These Services are located across the New England North West Tablelands and Mid North Coast.Also included is Family Connect Support Services which are also provided in the Mid North Coast Regions of NSW.

Role of the Resources OfficerThe Resources Officer will work with the Resource Coordinator to help coordinate the operational requirements of all Pathfinders resources (Properties, Vehicles and Information Technology & Communications (ITC)) and ensure that they are always fit for purpose whilst ensuring optimum return on investment to Pathfinders.
The Resources Officer will have well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.
They will have sound knowledge of vehicles and the ability to assist with management of the day-to-day operational aspects of vehicle assets, including an understanding of the legal requirements in relation to both owned and leased properties.
This position is Level 4under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Modern Award (" the SCHDSI Award ")All applications must include the following components:
