The Business:

The role requires an enthusiastic individual who is seeking to be a part of a high achieving sales floor and reap the rewards of an uncapped commission structure.

This is not a cold calling environment. You will be dealing with inbound leads and warm enquiries.

About The Role:

We're growing quickly and are on the hunt for Sales professionals with strong experience & performance in sales. You bring the energy, we provide the leads and industry leading training


Our Sales Consultants offer a comparative service to clients, assisting them in choosing the best health insurance plan for their needs and budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing the customers' needs through compelling questions, and providing health insurance plan options that suit their specific goals.
  • Building rapport & ensure our customers have an excellent consumer experience.
  • You are resilient & motivated, with the capacity & drive to make various consecutive calls.
  • Conducting wishes evaluation through powerful questions and presenting the maximum appropriate merchandise to our clients.
  • Offer price & coverage options price with the aid of using highlighting functions and benefits, precise services, and assorted product options.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with a contact centre or call centre is desirable.
  • Previous experience selling insurance or similar products.
  • You like being a valued member of a highperforming team because you're passionate & and collaborative.
  • Strong commitment to reaching and exceeding key performance indicators (KPI's).
  • Problemsolving skills and the capacity to assist customers in making wellinformed decisions.
  • We're looking for good learning agility as we support you with industry leading coaching.
  • You must have the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic setting where we're all about constant personal & business growth.
