The Opportunity:

We are seeking our next Team Leader to fill in for a staff member who is temporarily transitioning into another role. This position will run until the end of March 2025 with the potential for extension and will report to the Production Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee the management, coordination, and leadership of a day shift team, striving to embody company values, occupational health & safety, quality, training, and skills development while ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, and labor coordination.

The Accountabilities:

  • Instill behaviors that resonate with the core Campbells/Arnott's values
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet the production plan for your shift, while adhering to safety, quality, and environmental goals.
  • Monitor production and quality trends
  • Handle changeovers
  • Achieve KPIs and provide training to staff

The Ingredients for Success:

Similar to crafting a Tim Tam without chocolate, certain essential ingredients are required for this role:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated safety focus by exemplifying site safety standards
  • Experience (or commitment) in leading a team and developing skill sets
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and compliance with GMP, OHS, and Quality standards
  • Experience in production practices within an FMCG environment
