The Opportunity

CSR currently have an opportunity for Work, Health, Safety & Environment (SH&E) Manager to join our team based in Wetherill Park.

What you'll be working on

  • Ensuring a safe working environment for CSR employees and stakeholders
  • Guaranteeing CSR practices are environmentally sustainable
  • Making sure SH&E activities and programs are implemented, monitored and reviewed
  • Implementing, auditing, and maintaining the SH&E Management System
  • Ensuring CSR complies with all SH&E legislation
What you'll bring

  • Degree qualified (Safety & Health focus preferred) or working toward post graduate qualifications in SH&E Management
  • Certificate IV Assessment & Training preferred
  • Certificate in ReturntoWork Coordination required
  • Minimum 4 years experience in the profession
  • SH&E leadership
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction or other high risk industry
