As our Agile Delivery Lead you'll lead and coordinated delivery of customer friendly, engaging and functional digital experiences that seamlessly bridge the gap between our online and physical retail entities.

As the Team Lead you are also responsible for the performance of the team, career growth, and team culture for your cross-functional technology delivery team.


In this role you'll promote and support the adoption of agile practices and be responsible for the execution of the Product Delivery Lifecycle, including requirements analysis/definition, resourcing, delivery estimation, progress and budget tracking, risk and issue management, and release planning.

Day to day:

  • Lead and coach one or more agile delivery teams
  • Work closely with our product representatives to plan delivery in alignment with value
  • Advocate, support, and coach Agile ways of working
  • Promote Agile principles to delivery teams and stakeholders and drive process improvements
  • Remove impediments and distractions to optimise team performance
  • Support agile team transformation and encourage teams to adopt agile values
  • Create and nurture a high performing team with a focus on continuous learning & improvement
  • Manage to the values of the organisation and performance of individuals in the team
  • Develop plans to support individual development and growth
  • Remove impediments and distractions to optimise team performance
  • Align team members to OKRs and goals
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and sizing, from highlevel to detailed
  • Partner with SME's to ensure that architectural & software engineering best practices are incorporated into plans and estimates
  • Present options (scope, budget, resourcing, time) to meet business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps and iteration plans
  • Take initiative and look for ways to improve the quality of our solutions, standards, and practices

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring delivery teams within an Agile software delivery environment.
  • The ability to hit the ground running, and to build and maintain constructive working relationships
  • Excellent adaptive team leadership capabilities including the ability to foster productive team dynamics, engage and enable teams and coach for performance
  • Change Management experience
