**Overview**

We require an appropriately experienced Individual Disability Support worker for an immediate start in the Southwest of Sydney for 3 x 3 hours shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You must have a valid driver’s license and car with insurance to be considered for the role. The role will start as casual with potential to lead to permanent.

**Agile Care** is a registered NDIS Provider supporting disabled participants with daily living care services of various physical and intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to provide the highest quality level of care tailored to each individual participant enabling them to lead a more fulfilling life. **Your Role **is to provide assistance to participants in all aspects of daily living including meals, personal care and meaningful engagement within home and community engagement. It is expected the role is to proactively engage the participants to discover opportunities and build their abilities that will empower them to take control of the life they choose.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Clear and effective communications skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
- Self-motivated and taking leadership
- Positive and empathetic outlook to your profession and life
- Must have a working mobile phone with access to internet data
- Must have a drivers licence and reliable car and comprehensive car insurance
- Relevant Qualifications and/or experience in similar role are highly desirable but will consider those with experience in the community service, age care or youth work sectors.

**Requirements**:

- Cover Letter & Resume
- Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Desirable)
- Current Certificate for First Aid (HLTAID003)
- A copy of your Working with Children Check (WWCC) (Employer)
- A current Australian driver’s licence and car
- National Criminal Record Check no more than 3 months old
- Evidence of eligibility to work within Australia (Australian Passport/Australian Birth Certificate/ Australian Citizenship Certificate or International Passport & Visa)
- Professional References - minimum of 3

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
