Our People & Culture team are looking for a Head of Organisational Capability, to continue to lead the Organisation Development and Learning function both strategically and operationally, ensuring that it supports the achievement of the organisation's long term goals, to guide the transformational journey entailed in this achievement, to build requisite capability, and to ensure that all legal and regulatory obligations relating to the employment and management of people are met.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Learning and Development, Leadership Psychology or Human Resources.
Qualifications in adult learning.
Qualifications or experience in employing in a positive psychology coaching methodology
At least 5 years' experience in organisational development, learning & development or other equivalent roles.
Experience facilitating and managing capability development or learning programs, and a track record of exceptional learning transfer outcomes.
Experience engaging, partnering with, and coaching executive and senior managers.
Demonstrated understanding of change management methodologies, frameworks and processes.
People and team management experience
Computer skills and systems aptitude essential.
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
