They now have an exciting opportunity for a talented Capability of Organsational Development Manager to join their team and drive inititiaties such as, delivering and embedding capability and performance strategies, frameworks and activities, working in partnership with HR colleagues and senior leaders to support business and people objectives.


Working with HR and senior leaders you will consult to the business in relation to implementing annual capability plans, with a focus on functional capabilities, and advise on capability needs for transformation projects.

Skilled in developing and implementing these solutions you will assess capability gaps aligned to a clear and measurable business need, scope broad based solutions, establish strong business sponsorship and source resources to implement plans.


You will have worked in a complex organisation where you have focused heavily on improving performance and capability within a highly collaborative environment.


Your key strengths will be your commercial acumen, analytical skills and your ability to influence and manage relationships with stakeholders.

You will have in-depth understanding of business drivers and the commercial impact of Learning and Development and the ability to work with leaders to agree appropriate strategies to close capability gaps and improve performance.

You will also be a collaborative team player who can excel in a fast paced, agile and evolving environment.
