Role description

PulseLearning is seeking a highly driven sales-focused individual with a proven track record in custom eLearning sales.


As Business Development Specialist, you will build key Client relationships and exceed aggressive monthly sales targets to deliver high-value contracts and exceptional learning solutions and services.

You will be joining an internationally recognized brand that provides world-leading products and services to global Clients. You will be seeking new business as well as managing and developing long-term relationships with your Clients.

Role responsibilities

  • Your confident, assertive approach in sales will be needed to drive and close sales to meet aggressive monthly sales targets.
  • Your commitment to learning will help you develop a full understanding of the
    PulseLearning Client base, market focus, partners, and product offering.
  • Your commitment to service excellence will include follow up on inbound leads for the Australia market.
  • Your networking skills will assist in establishing an ongoing pipeline of new sales opportunities.
  • Your professionalism, business acumen, sector knowledge, and experience to establish and enhance relationships with key contacts and decision makers at prospective customer accounts will be demonstrated daily.
  • Your project management skills will assist in managing the sales process from initial Client contact through transition contract signing, project execution, and contract renewal.
  • Your accountability to your Clients and Team will result in concise, and accurate weekly reporting through a CRM system.
Required skills and experience

  • Demonstrated sales record in excess of USD $1 million a year
  • 3+ years' experience selling and managing Client relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in selling learning solutions
  • Persistence, resilience, and absolute sales focus
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated history of consistently delivering on expectations for growth and profitability
  • Ability to quickly generate a highquality pipeline
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong Client and Team relationships working in a virtual environment through engagement actvities
