About the PositionThe Procurement Officer's primary focus is to support CleanCo's on-site teams in the efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services by assisting in various procurement activities.
You will be responsible for coordinating, administering, and offering guidance on procurement activities such as identifying and sourcing goods and services, managing tenders, liaising with suppliers and vendors, keeping an updated contract registry, and handling purchase orders.
This is a full-time permanent position that involves working in our Brisbane CBD office, from home, and occasionally at sites in Swanbank and Wivenhoe as required.
About YouTo excel in this role, you should have:
- Essential experience in managing procurement activities.
- Verifying purchase orders, rectifying errors in requisition data and account assignment.
- Recording and updating CleanCo contracts in the contract registry.
- Maintaining, revising, and converting MRP purchase requisitions.
- Managing material data in SAP – S4 HANA.
- Facilitating the onboarding of new suppliers for CleanCo, establishing accounts with suppliers, and registering suppliers on SAP – S4 HANA.
- Assisting with external supplier purchase order inquiries.
- Assessing supplier terms and conditions when necessary.
- Managing good receipt and invoice receipt clearance, assessment, and maintenance.
- Overseeing purchase order creation, management, closure, and auditing.
