We're seeking a
Data and Information Management Lead to
join our growing Perth office team of experienced professionals on a fulltime basis.

Reporting to the General Manager - Digital Transformation, you will:

  • Be responsible for the management of data and information management related activities across all capital projects, operations and the corporate functions.
  • Support the development of the Data and Information Management Strategy and lead the implementation of delivery activities.
  • Lead a small team of Information Management professionals.
  • Facilitate agreement, receipt, verification, transposition and loading of EPC contractor supplied assets and parts data into the MEPAU CMMS system (Hexagon EAM).
  • Assist in the development of and implementation of corporate data management systems, as required
  • Provide training/mentoring in document management processes and systems
  • Be responsible for the development and maintenance of information management procedures and work instructions

For the greatest likelihood of success, we expect that you'll have the following:

  • Significant career experience in a similar role, preferably within an Operator in the Energy sector.
  • Professional qualifications related to information and/or data management.
  • Proven experience in Engineering and Document Management Systems (e.g. SmartPlant, InEight) on large scale projects.
  • Indepth knowledge of industry information management practices including engineering and vendor document control, knowledge of commercial document control, archiving and correspondence management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
