The Role:

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) with CPH Group, your pivotal role will be to develop new business growth with existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business prospects.
  • Develop and maintain existing business partnerships with customers.
  • Identify opportunities with existing clients to upsell products or services and generate repeat business.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to maintain a visit calendar and convert leads into sales.
  • Help build CPH Group's market presence within the sign industry.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • A background in the print or signage industry (essential).
  • A proven track record in sales, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a solution-based approach.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a methodical mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, with knowledge of NetSuite being an added advantage.
