About the Opportunity:


The role involves providing administrative support to the Service Department and the branch, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Processing machine deals and sales
  • Processing allocations
  • Ensuring the timely collection and control of machine debtor days in line with group policies
  • End of month reporting and reconciliations for machine debtors and machine inventory
  • Processing of Direct purchases/ Buyback requisitions for Accounts to pay
  • Monthly reconciliation of clearing accounts
  • Assist Purchasing Managers and Inventory Managers as required
  • Preparation of dealer warranty credit notes
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and confidence with numbers
  • Maintaining YTD & Total history of machine sales
  • Assist GM with reports and MTD / YTD data and coalition of documents

Role Requirements:

  • Ability to liaise effectively with customers and dealers
  • Proficient in excel
  • Ability to selfmanage multiple tasks at once.
  • Experience with double entry accounting
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and confidence with numbers
  • Ability to liaise with internal customers and suppliers
  • Ability to generate systems reports on services
  • Proven ability to use Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
