Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality client deliverables.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing motion graphics, text, and image animations.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards.
  • Ensure that all animations are delivered on time and meet the quality standards of Cuttable and its clients.
  • Manage and organise project files and documentation effectively.
  • Escalate issues and challenges appropriately so that client impacts are minimised.
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team through open communication and a laser-like focus on quality.
Qualifications

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience in text, image, and video animation, with a focus on 2D motion graphics is essential.
  • Experience with social, brand or using video or photography assets is essential. For context, very little of the work we do is illustration-based, so whilst we recognise the skill that comes with that, it's less relevant to the work our clients need.
  • Commercial experience in the consumer advertising space either in-house or agency side is essential.
  • High levels of proficiency in After Effects, including knowledge of writing and using expressions, is essential.
  • Strong file management skills and attention to detail is essential.
  • Collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other post-production professionals, are essential.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, particularly Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop. Knowledge of other creative software tools is highly regarded.
