About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Cuttable. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality user experiences and interfaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • UX/UI Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough UX & UI testing of Cuttable blueprints designs to ensure they meet specified requirements and function outlined in design briefs and storyboards.
  • Minor UI Fixes: Make minor adjustments to UI components within the platform as needed, ensuring seamless user experiences and design fidelity.
  • Improving Processes: Work with our engineering team to improve testing processes and approaches.
  • After Effects Support: Utilize your basic knowledge of After Effects to assist in testing and making minor adjustments to animated elements when required.
  • Growth and Development: As you develop in your role, take on more complex tasks related to animation ingestion processes, including rule configuration and validation, and contribute to UX/UI engineering efforts.
Requirements
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify design inconsistencies and usability issues.
  • Foundational UX Design Skills: Understanding of UX design principles and best practices, with a focus on ensuring high-quality user experiences.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, animators, and engineers.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions during the QA process.
  • UI/UX Tools: Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
  • Basic After Effects Knowledge: Familiarity with After Effects, particularly in a design and testing context. Ability to create and adjust basic motion graphics elements.
  • Bonus: Experience or interest in expanding into design ingestion and rule configuration.
