About the Opportunity


The L&D Early Careers Program Graduate Coordinator will be passionate about working with and shaping the development of early career employees.

A collaborative approach to program development and delivery is required, working closely with the L&D and wider P&C team, to achieve a high level of customer service and contribute to a positive culture that supports improved ways of achieving operational excellence, in line with the Company's focus on 'Lean' thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Graduate rotation processes and documentation.
  • Support the induction of Graduates for their placement and mentoring program.
  • Contribute to the learning and development programs to support Graduate professional and technical development.
  • Engage and build effective relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of the program.
  • Support the success of the Graduates through the program.
  • Undertake research to support the preparation of formal management updates and reporting metric to ensure the program's ongoing success and development.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the Corporate Graduate Program to ensure excellent educational and professional outcomes for the Graduates enrolled in the Program.
  • Work with the Graduate Program Lead to support assessment centres.

About you

  • Experience in providing high quality administration support.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an early career learning and development program ideally within the Higher Education Graduate program environment.
  • A high level of computer literacy Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to learn and work with HR systems and Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience in building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships to ensure program outcomes are achieved.
  • Relevant qualifications in Certificate IV in Business, Business Administration, Career Development, Training & Assessment Education (TAE) or Human Resources, or minimum of 1 year experience in Early Careers Higher Education or closely related field.

Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
