Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Primary Point of Contact for all incoming customer communication. Effectively handle customer enquiries and provide customer support
  • Accurate and efficient data entry
  • Work collaboratively
  • Strong knowledge and ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comply and support all health & safety procedures
  • Managing the daytoday operation of PUD to existing customer base.
  • Working in a team of 3 to provide exceptional customer service for our Customers.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • 6 months' relevant customer service working experiences, experience in a highvolume incoming call centre position would be advantageous
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills with clear and confident manner
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent PC skills
