About the role

Do you love a challenge? WesTrac are seeking a superstar to join the team as a Site Supervisor Based in Bulga, this role will see you working from our customer site to manage labour allocations, maintain and develop customer contacts, provide coaching and guidance to our team and promote a culture of continuous improvement.


About you

  • Mechanical or Auto Electrical Trade Qualification with significant post trade experience
  • Proven leadership and team building capability
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong diagnostic skills, with a commitment to meeting customer requirements
  • Caterpillar Dealership systems and equipment knowledge is highly regarded
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen
  • Professional with outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to coach others for high performance and manage teams in changing environments
  • Prior experience in an operational role with proven ability to manage people and customer expectations
