**The Company**

- Junior / Trainee Construction Supervisor / Cadet role to manage projects in the Hunter region (Newcastle, Maitland, Hunter etc).

**About The Role**
- The Junior Supervisor / Junior Site Manager will initially be required to carry out office based duties.
- The company will provide training and career development opportunities with the aim of you becoming a Construction Supervisor / Site Manager in the future.
- The builder carries out the construction of quality homes for clients while maintaining site and construction integrity.
- Salary between $60,000 and $70,000 plus super.
- You'll be provided with a vehicle once you start undertaking a site based role.

**Duties**
- Office based duties will include estimating, project coordination and maintenance & warranty work.
- Once on site you'll help manage day to day construction activities
- Ensure a high level of quality control
- Manage sub-contractors and suppliers regularly
- Conduct regular and set WHS Site inspections
- Provide regular communication to clients on job progress and advising them on scheduled works
- Proactively schedule and forecast work activities
- Complete inspections on all jobs

**Skills & Experience**
- Be studying for or have already completed Certificate IV in Building & Construction.
- Eager to develop a long term career in residential construction, specifically home building.
- Be hard working, ambitious and keen to develop a long term career.
