- Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our NSW Operations on a permanent basis.The role of Site Manager will see you working across multiple sites in the Hunter Valley and be responsible for day-to-day management of fixed plant sites, shutdowns and projects.**Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include**

- Responsibility of budgets and project commercial deliverables.
- Coaching and mentoring direct reports and indirect reports.
- Customer meetings.
- Review of estimates and tenders.
- Management of lump sum and budget estimate, schedule of rates work.
- Forecasting labour and budgets to meet customer needs.Having direct reports (superintendents and senior supervisors).**What you will bring**
- Extensive operational, construction or maintenance background within the resources industry
- Strong understanding in commercials, budgets/construction metrics, forecasting and change management (involving changes to scope, quantities, and timeframes)
- 8 years minimum experience in a similar role
- Understand and deliver the core elements of managing a major project.
- Excellent people skills, with demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to facilitate collaboration between teams, whilst working autonomously.
- Lead a team and deliver team management activities required for a project to achieve a highly productive and cohesive team.
- Confident and capable user of MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site
- A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.
