The Capability Development Manager (12-month contract) is to design, implement, and oversee training programs & online curriculum leveraging technology, content & people that enhance the skills, knowledge, and professional growth of our workforce.

They play a critical role in ensuring employees have the tools and opportunities to continuously develop and contribute to the company's success.


What you'll do.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive the organisation's training needs and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and materials aligned with business priorities.
  • Administer and maintain learning management systems and elearning platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of training programs, attendance, and participant feedback, ensuring compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
  • Explore and recommend the use of innovative learning technologies and tools to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Ensure that compliance and regulatory training requirements are met and that employees are up to date on necessary certifications.
  • Liaise with external training providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor the quality and delivery of outsourced training programs.
