As a member the team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of top-notch service to our valued clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling high volume billing for client invoices
  • Managing the client central inbox and central customer service line.
  • Logging maintenance calls
  • Assisting in maintaining and updating the CRM system and local sales opportunities.
  • Allocating parts and pricing materials on invoices.
  • Providing support to the Service Operations Team as needed for client invoice requirements.
  • Administering purchase orders, ensuring timely supply and receipt of goods and services, and tracking outstanding orders.

_$36.30 per hour_

Skills & Experience:

  • 12 years of administration or customer service office experience, preferably in a fastpaced service environment.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous exposure to high volume billing/invoicing using large ERP systems, preferably Pronto.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and strong computer literacy.
  • Accurate data entry skills and a strong customer focus.
  • Experience in the fire industry is preferred but not essential.
