We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Director of Brand Strategy to play a key role in defining and steering the brand and sponsorship strategy of top organizations in Australia and the APAC region.

  • Understanding: Grasp what it takes to drive a client's success by deeply understanding the business, brand, target audience, and cultural context.
  • Expertise: Must have a solid grasp on brand growth, serving as the go-to person for audience and brand insights within the agency.
  • Sector Experience: Experience in Financial Services and FMCG sectors is preferred.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director and Client Services team.
  • Leadership: Lead projects from inception to completion, working seamlessly across teams and timezones.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proactive leadership in strategic initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and creative teams.
  • Provide clear and inspiring brand strategies.
  • Offer a global perspective on strategy development.
  • Drive innovation and business growth.
  • Implement planning and strategic guidelines.
  • Present ideas effectively to clients and internal teams.
