Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identifying, sourcing, and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best quality materials and supplies at the best prices.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify their procurement needs and ensuring that they are met on time and within budget.
  • Conducting market research to stay uptodate with industry trends and new suppliers.
  • Managing the inventory of materials and supplies to ensure optimal levels of stock.
  • Analyzing procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of goods throughout the supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
