In this role, you will be pivotal in the admission of high-quality students/participants into the School's various degrees and short courses by providing highly personalised service to prospective students.

With your
exceptional recruitment skills, you will provide our prospective students with appropriate information to support their selection of Melbourne Business School as their provider of post-graduate and professional education

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Carlton, with a hybrid working model.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Maintain a thorough and complete understanding of the MBS portfolio of programs to ensure the provision of accurate and comprehensive advice to prospective students;
  • Provide support at events and activities aimed at providing prospective students with appropriate information to support their selection of MBS as their provider of postgraduate and professional education

ABOUT YOU

  • Superior
    customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to acquire and convey program knowledge professionally and accurately to a wide audience;

Outstanding engagement and communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively manage a range of stakeholders;

  • Solid attention to detail with strong administrative and organisational skills;
  • High level of computer literacy with demonstrable experience using databases or CRMs;
  • Previous knowledge of financing and payment processing
  • Displays a cando attitude towards problemsolving and juggling competing demands
  • High focus on quality processes and outcomes with attention to detail and excellent followthrough.
  • Bachelorlevel qualification
