ADRA Australia is seeking a a passionate, organised individual with demonstrated extensive experience in volunteer management and proven interpersonal skills to join our team as the Volunteer Coordinator for our National Programs Department.

You will be responsible for strengthening and ensuring effective delivery of the ADRA Volunteer Management System as directed by the National Programs Director. As the successful candidate you will have demonstrated experience in volunteer management in areas of recruiting, training, mentoring and relationship building with team members and volunteers, and system improvement.

As the Volunteer Coordinator you will have the ability to provide ongoing support and recognition of our
volunteers, ability to relate well to people of various backgrounds and ages, effective planning and
organisational skills as well as excellent communication skills.

interactions with the others. You will work efficiently, accurately, professionally and in a timely manner to provide a best-in-class support to the volunteers in the National Programs team.

ADRA Australia is seeking a Program Development Coordinator to support the growth and effectiveness of the ADRA Australia National Program Unit. This role involves strengthening programming, providing proposal writing support, and designing impactful projects. The coordinator will also train and support National Program staff and conduct program research to ensure our initiatives meet high standards of quality and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include managing projects, writing strong proposals, and planning and organising
activities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, the ability to relate well to people from diverse backgrounds and ages, and confidence in data management using various software programs. This role is essential for advancing our mission and achieving our program goals.

You will be responsible for living out our values of Connected, Courageous and Compassionate in all
interactions with the others. You will work efficiently, accurately, professionally and in a timely manner toprovide a best-in-class support to the National Programs team.

Supporter Care and Regular Giving Officer

ADRA Australia is seeking a Supporter Care and Regular Giving Officer to join our Supporter Engagement team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and strengthening relationships between ADRA and its supporters, and helping to grow supporter engagement, retention and revenue, particularly in the areas of new supporters, regular giving and mid-value supporters.

You will be part of a motivated, experienced, and fun team that is focused on relationships with our supporters and looking for ways to grow supporter engagement, retention and revenue.

You will be responsible for living out our values of Connected, Courageous and Compassionate in all interactions with supporters. You are a people person and thrive in communicating with others, while being able to work efficiently, accurately, professionally and in a timely manner to provide a best-in-class supporter experience.

This hands-on role involves receiving phone calls, responding to email enquiries or supporter complaints, maintaining ADRA Australia's database, processing phone donations, and other
administrative tasks as required, as well as proactively fostering relationships with regular givers, mid-value supporters and new supporters through a regular giving newsletter, phone calls and
engagement touchpoints.
